WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal Training is where results happen fast. Our Personal Trainer will work closely with you to improve your technique, give you all the top tips, motivate you, and help you reach your goals. The personal trainer will take you though a warm-up, stretch, weights and/or cardio in a 1 hour work out session. They can help you with:
- Weight loss
- Strength gain
- Muscle gain
- Nutritional guidance
- Increase fitness
- Balance
- Flexibility
- Surf specific functional strength
- Sports specific strength
- And more!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
$90 for the first session (20-30 min chat plus 1 hour programme show)
$70 per hour
