Class Types Overview
Yoga Flow
Our Yoga Flow classes are a great place to start from any level.
We do not offer any particular style; however, we gather our teaching essence from all the lineages our teachers have practised and studied. The basis of our teaching is the principles of breath (pranayama), movement (asana) and awareness (meditation).
We employ these principles as the basis of our four class styles, and we welcome you as a beginner or more advanced yoga practitioner.
Yoga promotes muscle toning, increased endurance and greater flexibility.
Suitable for all levels
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles.
Directions
All classes are held at the Raglan Old School Arts Centre, (5 Stewart Street).
To access go down the driveway which is on right hand side of the building. Classes are held in the buildings at the back of the school as shown in the the top level building in the image below.
